About Bob's
In the summer of 2020, Robert and Deanna Skillman opened Bob's Diner & Bakery in Greybull, Wyoming, a dream they'd been working toward for 14 years. Set in the building that used to be The Sugar Shack, Bob's is a from-scratch kitchen where everything from the buns to the Angry sauce is made in-house.
Bob's bread is baked on-site. The crepes are made to order. It's the real deal!
